INVITATION TO BID Marshall University, on behalf of The Board of Governors, invites sealed bids to provide all Work, including but not limited to labor, material, equipment, supplies, and transportation for: Joan C. Edwards Stadium II Restorations located on the campus of Marshall University, Huntington, WV 25755. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 10:00AM on March 23, 2017 in the Big Green Room which is locate on the second floor of the Joan C. Edwards Stadium. Attendance is mandatory for the following contractors: General Contractors. All Bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting to familiarize themselves with the project location, site conditions, and other relevant information. Should any Bidder fail to attend, their Bid will be disqualified. Sealed bids shall be accepted until 3:00 pm on April 6, 2017. At that time bids will be opened, read aloud and recorded in Room #125, Old Main Building, Marshall University Office of Purchasing.
