NOTICE OF AVAILABILTY OF HILL-BURTON UNCOMPENSATED SERVICES. NO HILL-BURTON UNCOMPENSATED SERVICES PROGRAM IN OPERATION DUE TO APPLICATION OF EXCESS UNCOMPENSATED SERVICES FROM PREVIOUS YEARS. The Marshal University School of Medicine, West Virginia, will not be providing Hill-Burton uncompensated services for the period July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018. The facility will meet its Hill-Burton annual compliance level by applying excess services from previous years.
