NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust executed by WILMA J. ANDERSON to K.E. MCGINNIS AND J. MAURICE CLARK, Trustees, dated the 22nd day of March, 2006, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 2072, at page 262, by which was conveyed to the said Trustees the hereinafter described real estate, to secure the payment of a certain note set out and described therein, and the owner and holders of said note, in exercise of the right and authority granted in the aforementioned deed of trust, having appointed KERRY E. ADKINS as Substitute Trustee, by that certain Appointment of Substitute Trustee dated the 6th day of July, 2017, and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Bonds, Contracts and Leases Book 390, at page 1!3, and default having been made in the payment of said note, and the said KERRY E. ADKINS, Substitute Trustee, having been requested so to do by the owner and holder of said note, shall sell to the highest and best bidder, on July 5, 2017 at 10:00 o'clock A.M., at the east front door of the Court House of Cabell County, West Virginia, the following described real estate: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situated in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, known and designated on a map of Second revision of EAST HIGHLAWN, a copy of which map was filed in the Cabell County Commission Clerk's Office on 11 June 1917 in Map Book 2 as Map 103, as LOT NO. 180, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the east line of Thirty-sixth Street at the comer between Lots 180 and 181, as shown on said map, said point being southerly 175 feet from the point of intersection of the said line of Thirty-sixth Street with the south line of Third Avenue; thence with the said line of Thirty-sixth Street, southerly 40 feet to the comer between Lots 179 and 180; thence with the line between said lots, easterly 115 feet to a point in the west line of a 10 foot alley; thence with said alley line, northerly 40 feet to the easterly comer between said Lots 180 and 181; thence with the line between said lots, westerly 115 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
