LEGAL NOTICE June 23, 2017 Sonia D. Chambers, Chair of the West Virginia Health Care Authority, today announced that the Authority has received a Letter of Intent from CHH TCC LLC and CHH TCC Properties LLC, Charleston, Kanawha County, CON File #17-, for the development of a 97 bed nursing home in Cabell County. The capital expenditure associated with the project is $20,000,000.
