REQUEST FOR BIDS The Cabell County Solid Waste Authority is soliciting bids for the construction of a fence and gate system including all pertinent electrical work at the new recycling center located at 800 Virginia Avenue in Huntington WV 25704. A pre-bid meeting will be held Friday, July 7th at 9:00 AM at the site. Interested contractors should attend the pre-bid meeting to receive a bid packet.
