ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Cabell County Board Of Education invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for Wrestling Room Addition For Huntington High School. Sealed bids will be received at the offices of the Cabell County Board of Education, 2850 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia, 25702 until 1:30 p.m, local time, on August 22, 2017 at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read. A pre-bid conference will be held at 1:30 p.m., local time, on August 9, 2017 at the project site located at 1 Highlander Way, Huntington, West Virginia 25701. Attendance at pre-bid conference is mandatory for prime bidders only. Bidding Documents can be obtained one of the following methods: 1. Contact ZMM, Inc. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, the right to waive minor informalities and procedures in bidding, and the right to withhold final award of contract for 60 days after opening bids. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded shall execute and deliver to the Owner within 10 days after the award, and before signing the contract, a Performance Bond and Payment Bond utilizing the bond forms bound in the Project Manual each in a penal sum equal to at least the contract sum and the cost of such bonds shall be included in the bid.
