And it appearing by that the identity and whereabouts of Respondents, John Sexton and Sarah Sexton, are unknown and cannot be located after due diligence, it is ORDERED that the above named Respondents serve upon Petitioner's attorney Victoria L. White, P.C., whose mailing address is 601 Morris Street, Suite 400, Charleston, WV 25301, an Answer or any defense to the Petition filed in this action, on or before September 30, 2016; otherwise judgment by default may be taken against said Respondent at any time thereafter.
