Public Service Commission Of West Virginia Charleston Case No. 17-0810-E-42T BLACK DIAMOND POWER COMPANY, a public utility, Charleston, Kanawha County Rule 42T application to increase electric rates and charges. NOTICE OF HEARING On June 19, 2017, Black Diamond Power Company filed an application with the Public Service Commission of West Virginia to increase its rates and charges by 11% resulting in additional annual revenues of $572,399. Black Diamond Power Company serves customers in Clay, Kanawha, Raleigh and Wyoming Counties. The Public Service Commission has set the matter for hearing on September 25, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. in the Ceremonial Courtroom, Raleigh County Courthouse, 215 Main Street, Beckley. Interested individuals may appear at the hearing and be heard concerning the proposed increase in rates. Rates granted to the Utility may be more that, less than or the same as those proposed by the Utility.
