NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust executed by GREG TANKERSLEY to FLYNN, MAX, MILLER & TONEY, L.C., dated the 1ST day of AUGUST, 2005, securing BILLIE M. GIBBS and JOSEPH L. GIBBS, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 2024, at page 539, by which was conveyed to the said Trustee the hereinafter described real estate, to secure the payment of a certain note set out and described therein, and default having been made in the payment of said note, and the said FLYNN, MAX, MILLER & TONEY, L.C., now known as FLYNN, MAX, MILLER & MILLER, L.C., Trustee, having been requested so to do by the owner and holder of said note, shall sell to the highest and best bidder, on DECEMBER 14, 2017 at 10:00 AM, at the of the Court House of Cabell County, West Virginia, the following described real estate: PARCEL NO. 1: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, bounded and described as follows, to-wit: BEGINNING at a stake in the intersection of the south line of Ninth Avenue with the east line of Twenty-seventh Street; thence from said beginning easterly and with the south line of Ninth Avenue, 40 feet to a point; thence southerly and parallel with the east line of Twenty-seventh Street, a distance of approximately 78 feet to a stake; thence S. 81-12 W. a distance of 40 feet to the east line of Twenty-seventh Street; thence along the east line of Twenty-seventh Street approximately 78 feet to the beginning, and being part of Lot 4, in Block 319 as shown on the Revised Map of the City of Huntington, West Virginia, made by L.W. Leete, Civil Engineer, a copy of which map was filed in the Cabell County Clerk's Office on the 31st day of December, 1903. PARCEL NO. 2: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the south line of Ninth Avenue which point is 40 feet easterly from the intersection of the south line of Ninth Avenue, with the east line of 27th Street; thence from said beginning point easterly and with the south line of Ninth Avenue a distance of 7 feet; thence southerly and parallel with the easterly line of the corner lot heretofore conveyed to Albert McWhorter, to a distance approximately 78 feet to a stake; thence westerly to a distance of 7 feet to a corner lot heretofore conveyed to Albert McWhorter; thence northerly along the easterly line of said lot heretofore conveyed to Albert McWhorter to a distance of approximately 78 feet to the point of beginning.
