Whisman, Deed Book 994, at Page 482, and being referenced N. 78 49' 37" W. 104.78 feet from a roof bolt found; thence N. 87 52' 39" W. 165.28 feet, with said right of way line to a 5/8 inch rebar set; thence N. 27 12' 54" E. 53.55 feet, through the land of which this is a part to a 5/8 inch rebar set; thence N. 49 07' 01" E. 47.70 feet, with same to a 5/8 inch rebar set; thence N. 59 44' 00" E. 146.00 feet, with same to a roof bolt found, a corner to said Whisman; thence S. 7 43' 00" W. 160.00 feet, with said Whisman line to the point of beginning and containing 0.38 acre as shown upon a survey prepared by Donald R.
