NOTICE To all persons holding liens, by judgment or otherwise, on the real estate, or any part thereof, of Lettie Juanita Williams, deceased, or any creditor of any of the estate, and with particular reference to the following described real estate: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate in the City of Huntington, Wayne County, West Virginia, known and designated on a map of Suburban Land Company1s Subdivision No. 2, in that part of said City known as Westmoreland, a copy of which said map is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wayne County, West Virginia, in Deed Book No. 79, at Page 85, as Lot Number Five (5), in Block ''R''. And being the same property conveyed by James A. Chinn and Helen Chinn, husband and wife, unto David Williams and Lettie Williams, husband and wife, as joint tenants with the right of survivorship, by deed dated April 22, 1975, and of record in the office of the said Clerk in Deed Book 432, at Page 239; the said David Williams having died, testate, on April 5, 1989, pre-deceasing the said Lettie Williams (and whose will of record in the office of the said Clerk in Will Book 29, at Page 52, devised the same unto Lettie Williams, as well); and the said Lettie Williams having died, intestate, on February 12, 2015, leaving as her heirs at law Willie Williams, Julie Bess McGill, Casey Rader, and Courtney Rader. In pursuance of an order of the Circuit Court of Wayne County, West Virginia, made in the above-styled cause, therein pending, to subject the said real estate of the said Lettie Juanita Williams, deceased, to the satisfaction of liens and charges thereon, you are hereby required to present all claims held by you and each of you against the said Lettie Juanita Williams, deceased, which are claims for debts and/or which are liens on their real estate, or any part of it, to the Special Commissioner, Bernard T.
