NOTICE OF BEVERLY HILLS BAPTIST CHURCH CONVEYING REAL ESTATE TO THE CONGREGATION OF BEVERLY HILLS BAPTIST CHURCH: Notice is hereby given in compliance with Section 10, Article 1, Chapter 35, of the Code of West Virginia, that on or following the 27th day of December, 2017, the undersigned trustees of BEVERLY HILLS BAPTIST CHURCH will make and deliver a deed confirming title to the hereinafter described real estate in New Baptist Church, Inc. and ratifying, confirming and joining into the conveyance of said real estate to the trustees of The Lighthouse Baptist Church by New Baptist Church, Inc. by deed dated October 17,2011: PARCEL ONE: All those certain lots, pieces or parcels of land situate in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, known and designated on a map of Miller Subdivision, Beverly Hills, a copy of which map was filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, on October 10, 1940, in Map Book No.4, as Map No. 51, as LOTS NUMBERS TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX 236), TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN (237) AND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT 238). PARCEL TWO: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, as shown on the Revised map of Beverly Hills, Huntington, West Virginia, made by RM. Breece, Civil Engineer, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Court of Cabell County, West Virginia on June 7, 1929 in Map Book 3 as Map 94, and bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the line between Lots 156 and 157 extended, with the South Line of North Terrace; thence easterly with the South line of North Terrace for 80 feet more or less to a point where the line between Lots 158 and 159, extended would intersect the South line of North Terrace; thence with said extended line between Lots 158 and 159, southerly for 110 feet to its intersection with the North line of the Alley between North Terrace and Washington Boulevard; thence Westerly with the said North line of the said Alley for 80 feet to a point where the line between Lots 156 and 157 extended, would interest with the North line of said Alley; Thence with the said extended line between Lots 156 and 157 Northerly for 110 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
