Burgess land, now owned by Meeks; thence running in an easterly direction with the southerly line of the Smith Branch Road 250 feet to a stake; thence turning to the right and running in a southerly direction a straight line to a stake on the old G. R. Burgess line; thence turning to the right and running with said G.R.
