It appearing by affidavit that the whereabouts of the mother, Michael New, father of the minor child, Airalynn New, are unknown to Petitioners, it is hereby ORDERED that any person objecting to the guardianship file an Answer and serve the same upon Petitioner's counsel, Kimberly E.
