Pitrolo, Jr., Chairman of the West Virginia Health Care Authority, today announced that the Authority has received a Letter of Intent from Southern Home Care SErvices, Inc., Jefferson County, Kentucky, CON File #16-1/2/3/4/5-10961-PC, for the provision of personal care services in Cabell, Clay, Greenbrier, Jackson, Kanawha, Mason, Mercer, Monroe, Putnam, Raleigh, and Wood counties. The capital expenditure associated with the project is $10,000.
