Legal RFP Advertisement Legal Notice The Lawrence County Commissioners are requesting proposals from interested and qualified performance contractors for the implementation of a guaranteed energy conservation program utilizing the State of Ohio Bill 295 Performance Contracting Legislation for the County Courthouse infrastructure. All qualified firms interested in providing the specified contracting services should contact the Lawrence County Auditor's office to obtain the required information package by June 23, 2017 and attend the pre-bid meeting on June 23, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. at the Lawrence County Courthouse.
