NOTICE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE Pursuant to the authority vested by Deed of Trust dated the 15th day of May, 2009, Forrest R. Donahue and Barbara J. Donahue, Grantors, to Philip A. Vallandingham and Samuel A. Vallandingham, Trustees, which said Deed of Trust is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 2277, beginning at page 581, and the undersigned, Daniel T Yon and Melissa Eakle Leasure, substituted Trustees, by Substitution of Trustees of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County in Bonds, Contracts and Leases Book 392 at page 24 having been requested to do so by the Lender, and default having been made under the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust, and the provisions of said Deed of Trust concerning acceleration having been complied with by the Lender and present holder of the note, said substituted Trustees shall sell at public auction on December 5, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the front steps of the courthouse of Cabell County, West Virginia, the following real more particularly described as follows: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate in Barboursville District, Cabell County, West Virginia, known and designated on a map of INDIAN MEADOWS, a copy of which map was filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Map Book 8, as Map 18, as LOT NO. 12, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the south line of Iroquois Trail, at the corner between Lots 11 and 12, as shown on said map; thence with said line of Iroquois Trail, westerly 71.09 feet to the corner between Lots 12 and 13; thence with the line between said lots, southerly 265 feet, more or less, to Mud River; thence with said river, easterly 160 feet, more or less, to the southerly corner between said Lots 11 and 12; thence with the line between said lots, northerly 200 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning; subject to an easement for storm drainage and for water pipe line over and under the westerly 5 feet of the described property; and subject to an easement for sanitary sewer over the southeast corner of the property, as shown on said map. TERMS OF SALE: Ten percent (10%) of total bid amount cash in hand on day of sale. Remainder due within 30 days from date of Trustee Sale.
