Notice The Town Council of the Town of Pineville will hold a hearing in its meeting room at City Hall on January 16, 2018, at 6:00 P.M., on the application of Cecil H. Lester and Judy Faye Lester to close and vacate an unused portion of three streets in the Pinnacle Junction Subdivision, Town of Pineville, Wyoming County, West Virginia, which portion is more particularly referenced as follows: The applicants Cecil H. Lester and Judy Faye Lester, husband and wife, acquired the subject property from Donald L. Russell, single, et al, by deed dated May 25, 2011, and recorded May 26, 2011, in Deed Book No. 454, at page 125. The property conveyed by that deed is described as follows: TRACT 1: Lots 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 ,19, 20 and 21, Pinnacle Junction, Pineville Sub-district, Wyoming County, West Virginia. TRACT 2: A tract of 1.54 acres, more or less, situate at the mouth of Pinnacle Junction, Pineville Sub-district, Wyoming County, West Virginia TRACT 3: Lots 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15, Pinnacle Junction, Pineville Sub-district, Wyoming County, West Virginia. The unused, unopened streets sought to be closed are those streets within the 2.20 acre tract defined by the bold property line on plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wyoming County, West Virginia in Map File No. 4103. Those streets are part of the 1.54 acre Tract 2, as acquired above. The application to close the unused portion of these streets, a reduced portion of the plat with the streets colored yellow, and a metes and bounds description of the 2.20 acre tract containing the streets can be reviewed in Pineville City Hall.
