This activity consists of testing, abatement, demolition, and disposal of unsafe and dilapidated structures on a citywide basis. Each structure will be submitted to the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) individually for Section 106 consultation. Estimated projects costs: $200,000. Project Aggregation: This project is a multi-year project. The ERR covers the estimated range of aggregated activities the demolition of vacant buildings and structures to remove slum and blight. Total estimated project cost is $400,000. Tiering: The specific locations are yet to be determined. The SHPO will be consulted when site -specific reviews are conducted.
