Legal Notice Surplus Sales Marshall University will conduct a public surplus property sale by sealed written bid of surplus property supplies and equipment. The sale will be one bid takes all. The sale will be located at 201-21'1, known as the Art Warehouse Building, which houses the Marshall University Receiving Department. Items for sale include, but are not limited to various types office furniture, business machines, electronics, filing and storage cabinets, and audio visual equipment. The sale will be open to the public from 8:00am to 3:00pm on Monday, December 12 and Tuesday, December 13 2016. Registration will take place on those days at the east end of the Art Warehouse location and bid forms will be distributed at that time. Bids will be tabulated and awards made to the highest bidder by telephone. Successful bidder will be required to pay for and remove their purchases no later than 3:30pm Friday December16, 2016. All items must be paid for prior to removal from university property.
